Podcast Topic

I am still not sure what I am going to do my podcast on. I think that I am going to do it on household budgeting. This connects to my web text due to our economy is currently in a mortgage crisis because American's are living beyond their means. If they had been setting a houshold budget, there would be less mortgage foreclosures because people would have more money towards their house payment.
Don't know though.. my topic could still change.

my project

My project is moving pretty good. I am still collecting a lot of data. For right now I am working on my rough drafts and organizing my information.

I changed my topic..

I decided to do my proposal on the steps to home ownership. As a realtor, I find that a lot of my friends get overwhelmed by the home buying process. By doing my web text on this topic, I hope that whoever reads it will know what to expect in the future when they buy a home of their own.
